Marketing Manager – Growth, Brand, and Campaigns
As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support product launches, demand generation, and brand positioning. You’ll work closely with product, design, content, and analytics to plan, run, and optimize campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. Bring a results-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to help grow our audience and customer base.
Key Responsibilities – Strategy, Execution, and Measurement

Develop multi-channel marketing plans that align with business goals, prioritizing channels and tactics to acquire, engage, and retain customers.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution including creative briefs, audience targeting, media buys, landing pages, email programs, and social amplification.

Collaborate with product and design to create on-brand messaging, creative assets, and go-to-market plans for new features and releases.

Partner with content creators and designers to produce compelling copy, visuals, and assets that drive conversions and reinforce brand voice.

Oversee paid media performance (search, social, display) and optimize budgets, bids, and creative based on ROI and funnel metrics.

Implement and maintain tracking and attribution frameworks; analyze campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Run A/B tests across messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and lifetime value.

Manage marketing calendars, vendors, and external agencies as needed to meet timelines and quality standards.

Support community and PR initiatives by coordinating launches, briefing spokespeople, and amplifying earned coverage.

Stay current with marketing channels, platform features, and industry trends; recommend tools and tactics that improve efficiency and results.

Qualifications and Required Experience

3+ years of professional experience in marketing, growth, or related roles, preferably in a product-led or B2B/B2C technology environment.

Proven experience planning and executing paid, owned, and earned channel campaigns, including digital advertising, email, social, and content partnerships.

Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), ad platforms, and A/B testing tools.

Experience setting and tracking KPIs, building dashboards, and presenting actionable insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear briefs and persuasive messaging.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
