Drive Brand Engagement – Social Media Manager Role in Content Creation & Community Growth
As a Social Media Manager, you will lead content creation, oversee daily channel operations, and help grow an engaged audience across platforms. You’ll work in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values creativity, curiosity, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities – Content Strategy, Execution, and Community Management
Develop and implement multi-channel content strategies and calendars that align with brand objectives and campaign goals.
Create, edit, and publish original written and visual content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to produce assets that meet brand standards and project timelines.
Monitor and moderate community conversations; respond to comments and messages with a consistent, on-brand voice.
Analyze social metrics and campaign performance to surface insights and iterate on content and distribution tactics.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, troubleshoot content or platform issues, and implement practical solutions.
Manage content scheduling, publishing workflows, and basic paid social promotions when applicable.

Qualifications and Required Experience
2+ years of experience managing social media channels for a brand, agency, or organization.
Proven ability to create content (copy and basic visuals) and manage content calendars across multiple platforms.
Experience using social scheduling and analytics tools; familiarity with basic paid social is a plus.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to maintain consistent brand voice.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
