Content Creation & Audience Engagement – Content Creator Role
As a Content Creator, you will produce original written and visual content that supports marketing campaigns, social channels, and product initiatives. You’ll partner with design, product, and marketing teams to deliver consistent messaging and delightful experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Key Responsibilities – Content Production, Collaboration, and Optimization
Develop and execute content for social platforms, blogs, email, and website landing pages that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Write clear, engaging copy for captions, articles, newsletters, and microcopy; edit and proofread to ensure accuracy and consistent voice.
Create basic visual assets—static images, simple animations, short-form video—or partner with designers and videographers to produce assets on brief.
Plan and manage content calendars and publishing workflows, coordinating across teams to meet deadlines and prioritize initiatives.
Optimize content using SEO best practices, platform trends, and audience insights to improve reach and engagement.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools; report on KPIs and recommend iterative improvements.
Support community engagement by responding to comments and messages when needed and escalating issues to appropriate teams.
Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and help surface new content ideas that align with business objectives.

1–3 years of experience creating content for brands, agencies, or digital products.
Proven ability to produce strong copy and coordinate or create visual assets for social and web channels.
Familiarity with content management systems, social scheduling tools, and basic analytics platforms.
Experience with short-form video production or basic motion/video editing is a plus.
Strong written communication skills and an ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
