Lead People Strategy – HR Manager Role in Human Resources Leadership & Talent Development
As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in championing workplace culture, talent acquisition, and employee experience. Key Responsibilities – HR Management, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development
- Develop, implement, and optimize HR policies and programs that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and compliance with employment laws.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
- Support and advise leaders and employees on HR issues, conflict resolution, and workplace best practices.
- Drive initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction across all levels of the organization.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and transparency.
- Maintain accurate HR data and use analytics to inform decision-making and organizational planning.

HR Manager – Qualifications and Required Experience
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent management, and HR compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and data management.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
