HR Manager – Qualifications and Required Experience

• Strong experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and data management.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
