As an HR Administrator, you’ll be integral to the daily operation of our HR department, from onboarding new team members to maintaining HR records and providing support with payroll, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities – HR Administration and Employee Support
- Manage accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidential information and data accuracy at all times.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination of documentation, background checks, IT setup, and benefit enrollments.
- Respond promptly to employee HR-related queries, providing helpful, professional, and accurate assistance.
- Assist with payroll processing and basic compensation matters.
- Support compliance initiatives by maintaining awareness of relevant legislation, preparing reports, and ensuring company policies are up to date.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and other workplace events in partnership with the People team.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communications as needed.

HR Administrator – Qualifications and Required Experience
- 1+ years of experience in an HR administrative, office administration, or related support role (HR experience preferred).
- Working knowledge of HR processes, employment law basics, and general office administration (knowledge of HRIS a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
