Key Responsibilities – Sourcing, Interviewing, and Candidate Experience
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a diverse range of positions—including technology, operations, and business roles—from job kick-off to offer acceptance.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, providing clear feedback and recommendations to hiring teams and stakeholders.
- Champion an inclusive, equitable approach at each stage of the process, ensuring a positive candidate experience for all applicants.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, communicate progress, and deliver exceptional service throughout the hiring process.
- Draft compelling job descriptions and build our employer brand by representing our culture and values across all touchpoints.
- Maintain accurate records and candidate data in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), leveraging analytics to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes, onboarding, and talent programs.

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Qualifications and Required Experience
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR function (in-house or agency).
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles and departments.
- Practical experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or comparable systems).
- Understanding of inclusive hiring practices and a commitment to diversity, equity, and belonging.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
