Iterate designs based on qualitative feedback and quantitative product metrics, running A/B tests and experiments where appropriate within the mobile app.
Produce detailed design specifications, interaction notes, and component-level guidance to support efficient engineering handoffs for the mobile app.
Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design practices, and performance-conscious patterns across product teams building the mobile app.
Contribute to and maintain a shared design system and reusable components to ensure consistency and scale design efforts for the mobile app.
Communicate design rationale and research findings to stakeholders and leadership, incorporating feedback while maintaining user-centered priorities for the mobile app.
Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques to elevate team craft and build a collaborative design culture.
