Mobile App Developer – Platform Development & User Experience

As a Mobile App Developer, you will design, build, and maintain mobile applications that deliver reliable, accessible, and engaging experiences on iOS and/or Android. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA to ship features end-to-end, ensure app performance and stability, and continuously improve the user experience. Key Responsibilities – Design, Development, and Delivery

• Design, implement, and maintain mobile app features using native (Swift/Kotlin) or cross-platform (React Native, Flutter) technologies, following best practices and established architecture patterns.

• Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements and flows into technical solutions that prioritize usability, accessibility, and performance.

• Write clean, testable code and maintain automated unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure reliability and prevent regressions.

• Monitor app performance and crash analytics; diagnose issues, optimize memory and CPU usage, and improve startup and rendering times.

• Integrate with backend services and APIs, implement secure data storage and synchronization, and handle offline scenarios gracefully.

• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and standards.

• Support release management processes, prepare builds for App Store and Play Store submissions, and respond to post-release issues and user feedback.

• Stay current with mobile platform updates, SDKs, and emerging libraries; evaluate and recommend tools that improve productivity and product quality.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, local data persistence, and secure storage practices.

• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes for App Store and Play Store.

• Solid understanding of memory management, threading/concurrency, and performance optimization techniques.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
